Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy
Effective date: 21 September 2026
Coreline Commerce provides digital business services that are delivered electronically. This Delivery Policy explains how projects are started, performed and delivered to customers.
Coreline Commerce is a South African sole proprietorship operated by Amahle Ngwenya.
1. Digital delivery
Coreline Commerce does not currently provide physical product delivery.
Our services are delivered digitally through appropriate electronic channels. Depending on the service, delivery may include:
-
digital files and creative assets;
-
website or Shopify configuration;
-
product and catalogue implementation;
-
website content implementation;
-
store optimisation work;
-
digital marketing implementation;
-
research and business documentation;
-
access to completed work;
-
project communications;
-
testing and review;
-
final handover information; and
-
other digital outputs included within the agreed service scope.
The specific deliverables for a project are determined by the service purchased and the agreed scope of work.
2. When work begins
A project generally begins once Coreline Commerce has received the required 50% deposit and the customer has provided the information, materials, access and approvals reasonably required to begin the work.
The remaining 50% of the service price is due before final delivery or handover.
Payment of the deposit does not by itself mean that the project can immediately begin if required customer information, account access, content, files, approvals or other dependencies have not been provided.
3. Customer information and access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and usable information, materials and access reasonably required for the purchased service.
Depending on the project, this may include:
-
business information;
-
branding materials;
-
logos and visual assets;
-
product information;
-
product images;
-
website content;
-
Shopify or other platform access;
-
domain information;
-
social-media or advertising-platform access;
-
account permissions;
-
shipping or payment information where required for implementation;
-
approvals and decisions; and
-
other information specifically requested during onboarding.
Where possible, Coreline Commerce will use appropriate delegated or collaborator access rather than requesting a customer's primary password.
4. Customer-caused delays
Delivery timelines may be affected where Coreline Commerce is waiting for information, content, access, approvals, feedback, payment or other action from the customer.
Examples include:
-
delayed submission of required content;
-
incomplete product information;
-
unavailable account access;
-
delayed approval of work;
-
delayed responses to project questions;
-
failure to provide requested files; or
-
changes to the agreed scope during the project.
Where a customer delay affects the project, the delivery date may move accordingly.
Coreline Commerce will communicate material delays or dependencies where reasonably practicable.
5. Third-party platforms and services
Some Coreline Commerce services depend on third-party platforms and services.
Depending on the project, these may include platforms such as:
-
Shopify;
-
payment providers;
-
domain registrars;
-
Meta;
-
TikTok;
-
Google services;
-
Canva;
-
email services;
-
WhatsApp; and
-
other third-party platforms required for the customer's project.
Coreline Commerce does not control the availability, policies, functionality, technical performance or processing times of third-party platforms.
A third-party outage, account restriction, verification process, technical limitation, policy change or other issue outside Coreline Commerce reasonable control may affect project delivery.
Where this occurs, Coreline Commerce will communicate the issue where reasonably practicable and work within the available options.
6. Delivery and review
Initial delivery means that Coreline Commerce provides the applicable work or makes the agreed implementation available for the customer's review.
Customers should review the initial delivery and communicate any changes that fall within the agreed scope.
Each service includes one revision round.
A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes relating to the agreed scope. It does not provide unlimited revisions or an opportunity to introduce a substantially different project after work has been completed.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
7. Final delivery and handover
Final delivery or handover occurs after:
-
the agreed service work has been completed;
-
the included revision round, where applicable, has been completed;
-
required customer information, approvals and access have been provided;
-
any agreed final changes within scope have been addressed; and
-
the remaining 50% balance has been paid.
Depending on the service, handover may include relevant files, credentials or access arrangements, completed website/store information, implementation details, documentation or other agreed project materials.
Coreline Commerce will not intentionally withhold materials that the customer is legally entitled to receive. However, final handover of work may depend on settlement of the agreed outstanding project balance, subject to applicable law.
8. Customer approval and feedback
Customers are expected to review delivered work and provide reasonably clear feedback within a reasonable period.
Where feedback is required to continue the project, delays in receiving that feedback may affect the expected delivery date.
Customers should consolidate revision requests into the applicable revision round where reasonably possible.
9. Changes to project scope
A customer may request changes during a project.
Where a requested change is materially outside the agreed scope, Coreline Commerce may:
-
confirm that the change can be accommodated within the existing scope;
-
provide an additional quotation;
-
adjust the delivery timeline; or
-
decline the request where it falls outside Coreline Commerce' capabilities or service offering.
Coreline Commerce does not provide unlimited additional work under a fixed service price.
10. Services and delivery

11. No physical shipping
Because Coreline Commerce' services are digital, customers should not expect a courier delivery or physical shipment unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Digital delivery may occur through email, online platforms, shared files, platform access, project communications or other appropriate electronic means.
12. Delivery issues
If you believe that an agreed deliverable has not been received or that a delivered service does not correspond with the agreed scope, contact Coreline Commerce as soon as reasonably possible at:
help.corelinecommerce@outlook.com
Please provide enough information for the issue to be identified, including the relevant service, project details and the nature of the issue.
Where an issue can reasonably be corrected within the agreed scope, Coreline Commerce may attempt to correct it.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable law.
13. Events outside reasonable control
Coreline Commerce may experience delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
These may include:
-
third-party platform outages;
-
payment-provider problems;
-
domain or hosting issues;
-
account verification or restrictions;
-
internet or telecommunications failures;
-
third-party service changes;
-
widespread technical incidents;
-
events affecting access to required systems; or
-
other circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled by Coreline Commerce.
Coreline Commerce will take reasonable steps to continue or resume the project when circumstances permit.
14. Governing law
The relationship between Coreline Commerce and its customers is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to applicable mandatory rights and protections.
Nothing in this Delivery Policy is intended to remove or limit a consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
